Hello all,

I have owned a pair of Shure SE535's for 2 years now and I have thoroughly enjoyed them however, I am looking to finally take the next step and this is for me to buy my first pair of custom IEM's.

The reason to why I started this new thread is because I am looking for quite a particular sound signature and I don't know whether it exists or not in custom IEM'S as i am new to the whole custom IEM game, however I look to change that and begin to slowly add multiple pairs to my collection.

As I mentioned earlier, I am looking for a particular sound signature. I am looking for a pair of custom IEM's with a nice deep bass, and forward mids with an overall warm sound and "crunchiness". You may be thinking why the sudden change if you enjoyed your se535's so much? Well it's rather simple I am after a much warmer sound for my next pair as I find it suits my own personal taste more.

In regards to what music I listen to, I like a bit of everything from your hardest dub step all the way to classical music and orchestra's. (And yes country sometimes lol)

After pondering the forums I stumbled across these, Dream Earz aud-5X. However I seemed a little hesitant as they didn't seem to have that "crunchiness" I am looking for. Or is this as close as I am going to get for what I am looking for in a custom pair?

As stated earlier sorry if I come of as a massive noob. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or feedback that you may have.

Regards,
