I am currently using pc 350 and i would like to have 7.1 with great audio to boot i guess.
 
i was told the pc 350 uses 150 ohm and that i should look for amplifier that can give 150+ atleast?
 
so basically im just wondering if pc 350 can even use 7.1? and if the amp is needed?
 
also i was suggested to use stand alone amp but whenever i look at one it kinda sounds complicated to use? ( no idea how it works basically)

basically me ( who knows nothing about soundcard ) and 2 other people who equally know little to nothing have been bashing our heads arround it.
 
Leaving me in a hard place to actually know what to go for.
 
I would like to know from experts for advice/help and possibly suggestion to better or alternative sound option because altho i dont mind spending the money.
 
I would obviously prefer something arround 200$ and make use of the current sales.
