Little Dot I+ Hum Help?

So today, in the mail arrived a Little Dot I+!
The excited me hooked it all up, put in the tubes and bing, bang, boom it was all ready.
I put in my headphones (Audeze El-8 Closed) and power the sucker on and there's a hum in the right ear.
What could be the cause of this and how could I solve it?

Update: I tried unplugging the inputs (RCA) and the humming stopped until I plugged it back in.
 
RE-Update: The hum is present regardless of whether my inputs are plugged in.
