So, today I bought these new headphones, the Afterglow KRAL PS4 headset, I bought it as it said it was compatiable with PC, and I am mostly a PC gamer but do have a PS4, so my problem is that I can only hear out of the left headphone, however when I connect it's mono cable, I can hear out of both, I even tried it with the PS4 and the same problem continued. I've tried everything, install drivers, uninstall them, restart, check if it's a problem with Realtek, pretty much anything you can think of, also for some readon, more people get the issue but in their right ear, maybe it's different?
 
I followed every instruction in the manual, but still the problem continues, can anybody help? I really wanted to like these headphones but I'm afraid i'll have to turn them back in.
