Can certain sound damage your CIEMs?

So I wanted to test the bass of my CIEMs, so I did a youtube search for "deepest bass", etc.  I have found a bunch of videos that claimed to have very low bass and they did.  They all had warnings like; "I am not responsible for your speaker", etc.  Does this apply to BA drivers as well, I think they were warning against dynamic speakers only.  Would the volume have an affect as well, for example if you listened to very bassy sounds at low volume it would do no damage vs listening at loud volumes.

  Too loud or sustained sine waves can break anything. Issue is that the coils in transducers keep building heat without time to dissipate in those conditions.

 
What sort of songs would have these sine waves and how long would it take to destroy a BA driver?
