WHAAAAT ?! no difference with a Dac

As people said arround here, just use your E10 for a while without minding it or "looking" for an improvement too much, just enjoy your music as usual. Then say a week or two later, switch back, and see if something is missing now.

aright thanks guys for the answers

I'm in the same boat.
Bought the $600 iFi Micro iDSD DAC & found the improvement very minimal.

Then for the hell of it, I bought their iFi iUSB clean power supply box (over $200)
All of a sudden, the DAC became noticeably better.

To top that off, I am now reading that higher USB cables & power supplies will do an even better job for the DAC.

whats the name of those two Dac that you said ? the cheap one and the expensive one.

If you mean me, the cheaper one was a HRT MicroStreamer which is a good DAC, but wasn't night and day with the DAC in my laptop or from the iPhone, better separation but didn't give the music significantly more depth.

The more expensive one I bought was the Chord Hugo (I also bought a Concero HP but had issues with USB interference). The Hugo is night and day different, I was pretty sure I would regret buying it and sell it on but here it is, a month later and I use it all the time. Both the DAC and amp are fantastic in it.
