Any good sub-$50 IEMs with a neck strap?

My Panasonic RP HJE300 has a neck strap that prevents the headphones from being pulled out if the cable is tugged. It works really well, but unfortunately there's nothing else to like about this IEM.

Are there other IEMs (preferably costing no more than $50) that a neck strap and that actually sound good?
