Is the Sound Blaster E1 DAC/Amp worth it?

Will the E1 make any difference in sound quality compared with motherboard realtek sound or the clip+? Driving say, a 30-60 ohm headphones.

Depends a bit on the computer. Depends on the headphones you use and what listening volume--some headphones will benefit from having a more powerful headphone amp.
