I remember reading a thread a while back with people saying they could get it to work on an S3, but I never managed on mine... Im long due to buy a new phone, and I would love to get something that my E17k will work on with no hassle (as a DAC of course, not just an amp). 

Does anyone who owns an E17k own a cellphone that works with it?

Thanks for the replay kenjazz, would you mind telling me how you got it to work? When I plug it in my S3, the phone clearly detects it, and when I play music with the DAC in USB mode, no sound comes out, and the song appears to be playing in fast forward. If I unplug it, or change the DAC settings to AUX it will play at a normal speed.

My girlfriend has an S4 and I tried it on hers too, and the same thing happens. The phone detects that something is plugged in, and if I set it to USB, no sound comes out and the songs play in fast forward. 

I feel like I might be doing something wrong, it seems like many people are able to get it working on these phones... Do I need a specific music player?

Sorry, just notice your response. I didn't do anything besides used either the Samsung OTG or a cheap aftermarket OTG adapter.
