Hi! I'm posting this because i need some help with the new equipment i just bought, i read around and couldn't find anything about this issue so i'm posting here looking for some help:

I'm having problems with my FiiO E10K, When i'm listening to music there is a light static sound coming only on the right side of the headphones, the more calm the sound is the more you can hear this noise, when there is no music playing no noise is coming out of the headphones, only when some sort of sound is reproduced on the PC , for example the "click" when you open a folder you can hear the noise also.

I tried on another PC and same problem, i tried disabling the Selective USB Suspension on the power options, different USB Ports, even turning off my phone and router/modem.

I tried connecting the headphones directly to my PC and works perfectly, no noise.

Also another thing to notice is if i put the sample rate to 96k hz the noise is not as strong (hard to hear, but its still there).

I'm sorry about my english, not my native language and Thanks in advance to whoever helps!

Try the line out if you can, if there is no problem there, it should be the headphone out I guess. Either way, if the problem is present with other headphones and on the line out too, then it must be the fiio's problem, so you should return it or at least contact them.
