I've recently made move to Kaiser 10 which I love to death. However, I got them during Christmas sales where I was visiting my relatives in Korea. After visiting 10 different clinics there, none of them were experienced with making ear moulds for CIEM. As a result, K10 have slightly loose fitting and I need to send it back for few months.

I commute a lot and go for very long bike trips with my earphones-only in the middle of nowhere out in the outback.countryside where I don't endanger anyone. I work at both trading firm(Optiver) and at living room in my house. I always keep my door open at the office because there is constant traffic. At home, it's pretty lively with my cousins who are overseas students from Korea living with me. CIEM is a life saver because it provides incredible sound isolation, allowing me to work at full potential while exposed to so much noise and time to relax in a house that is filled with kids.

I will be without my CIEM for only 1~3 months for the adjustment, but I will be completely devastated without them.

I am looking for:
Universal IEM/ light portable closed headphone

With:
Great sound, I don't expect LCD-2, Kaiser-10 sound, but good enough.
Great isolation, sound dampening to match CIEM.
Portable, I want to take it for the ride, pretty much wherever I need to go.

My budget is pretty generous with around 1000$ but would be ok to go over it if the offering is reasonable.
