Also, what does Kingwa mean when he says "The PCM1704UK stock in an emergency,
DAC 19 last for sale."

That quote was taken from the news section of his homepage. Does this mean that they have one DAC 19 left? Or does it mean it is the last run of the DAC 19? If its the last run, how many total do they think they can produce? I'm not sure how seriously I should take this. I read that Audio GD have been saying for a few years that PCM1704 stock was low and that they were going to stop using it, but there are multiple Audio GD products still using the chip years after they said they were running out. Not being critical, just confused is all. Is this a purchase I need to make literally ASAP or do I have a few months of breathing room or even a year?

Kingwa has been saying they are running out of stock for years and it's a very poor business practice. Now, they might stop making DAC-19 but it's not gonna be because of shortage of chips.

Just waited around for 30 minutes at 5.30 in the morning, but no one connected to my Teamviewer to update my DAC-19. I am disappointed, to say the least.

How did folks here send their Teamviewer ID to Audio-GD? I sent mine to audio-gd@vip.163.com after confirming the appointment. Also, was it also necessary to send the password?

Turns out they just straight up missed my appointment. Wonderful. Time to try this again.

I forgot how I did it but there is a way on TeamViewer to add the Audio-gd Teamviewer ID to your contact list. After it is in your list of contacts on Teamviewer you can actually see when they are online and send them instant messages.

Much more responsive than emailing if you can get it working.

Thanks for the tip. I've added Audio-GD's Teamviewer ID to my contacts list. Let's see if this works tomorrow morning.

I emailed them 3 days ago to buy an NFB-1AMP and haven't heard anything back yet.  In the past they've gotten back to me on the same day I email them so I'm guessing they took the whole week off for holidays.

Did you get the confirmation email back that tells you your email was received successfully? I remember one time my emails were not going through and I had to use a different email.

I could tell my emails weren't going through because I was not getting the usual automated response message.

No, I didn't get anything back from them.  I just resent it and still nothing, I'm sending to audio-gd@vip.163.com.  It's just a regular gmail account but I can try a different one I suppose.

I sent them an email a couple hours ago, got the automated response like 1 minute later, and then an actual reponse from Kingwa just now.

So I think your emails are not getting through. Especially if you didn't get the automated response.

Anyone ever experience a transient problem where DAC-19 only sends (pretty high) output only to the right channel? I'm noticing this sometimes when I power cycle my DAC-19, and once even without a power cycle, but the problem goes away after a few minutes.

Also, I finally got my DSP update! I'm going to have to do more listening, but I am quite satisfied right now. My first impression is that I'm getting more focus, and the soundstage is less in-my-face now, which I like. I'm also getting more treble sparkle, albeit a little artificial-sounding, and tighter bass punch. Completely going off my poor memory here, so take this all with a pinch of salt.

This was it, thanks for the tip.  I tried from a different gmail address and instantly got an automated response.
