Which one so you guys think is better....?
I like deep crisp bass....
I hav the Audio Technica ATH M50x....
I was wondering if getting the 598s would be worth.....

Completely different headphones. The 598's aren't going to satisfy your bass requirement, but they are pretty much better in all the other aspects.

Closed back headphones are far more useful in general than open back, for everything: movies, gaming, music and to avoid noisy neighbors.

I do prefer closed backs...
But I wanted to check the 598s out Caz of its hype...
I guess I'll just try to listen to it whenever I possibly can...

Now initially I wasn’t as excited about the M50x because the initial reviews suggested that it would not be that much different from the M50.

But recently Tyll over at Innerfidelity did a review of the M50X and he found with his measurements and his own listening that they have improved the sound. Some of the tolerance, some of the actual technical aspects of the sound with the M50x.
