So I was thinking about modding my headband to make it comfortable but I need on advice if thats a good idea. After like 20 minutes of wearing it it starts to hurt the top of my head. Even when its not on tight it slouches down and still does the same thing. Also the earcups keep falling off. Its like the manufacturer used school glue to stick the earcups on to the headphones. Ill post pics of what they look like. The model is called TMA Studio 1 without Mic.

I got a seat belt pad/cover to fit over the headband of my headphones. It was $6.99 at an auto store. It really does make the headphone feel comfortable, but it looks dorky when on head. If you don't mind sacrificing looks a little bit, it's a cheap and easy solution.

When you say the ear cups keep falling off, do you mean just the pads get detached from the headphone, or the whole ear pieces detach from the headband?
