The title says it all, I want an over-ear headphones, an amp (or get better headphones without the amp), and a mic (studio, usb, modmic, all that jazz is good).

What kind of music do you like?
 
What are you looking for in the sound? Do you prefer neutral or V-shaped (boosted bass and treble) sound?
 
What headphones have you had so far? What did you like/dislike about them?
 
What is your source? MP3, FLAC, CD?
 
What's the intended use for mic? Gaming? If yes, are there other gaming-related requirements?
 
 
There's no such thing as "best headphones". There may be headphones that will be best fit for you, but there are a lot of variables to that equation.

Sorry about that, I didn't realize I didn't give much information.

So here's my answer :

I mainly like Dubstep, with the occasionnal rap and hip-hop.
(So I like alota bass.)

The headphones I have had so far are the Beats solo HD, thats about it. I am not much of an audiophile and I haven't even compared to any decent headphones. I only HATE their cumfort, I wear glasses and I have HUGE ears, so my priotiy here is CUMFORT and big ear cups so they fit over my ears (ears are 6cm tall, 4 cm wide).

I'll be listening threw PC (I don't have a sound card), and iPhone/Ipad.
And yes I am mainly using it for gaming/skyping.
