So I'm thinking of connecting my vinyl player along with my desktop to my desktop speakers. My current desktop set up is computer -> Aune T1 (as DAC) -> Swan M200MKII. I'm thinking of getting an amp with two inputs to connect my vinyl and desktop together and switch between them. So it'll look like

computer - Aune T1   \
                                 ->Amp -> Swan
vinyl - phono pre-amp /

Both inputs would be RCA and the output would need to be RCA as well. Any help and suggestion are welcomed.

  Since your speakers are active and you even have volume control, all you really need is just an RCA input selector.
Plenty of choices on amazon or ebay...

Agreed. An amp would be a waste of money.

Cool. Thanks, I thought of doing that but then I thought it might be better to just go all the way and add an amp. It'll definitely save me some cash.

If you really want something more upmarket than just a switch, then get a pre-amp. This will allow you select the source and control the volume. Depending on your situation, this may be more convenient than controling volume on one of the speakers.
