I am new forum member. About  a week ago i puchesed a pair of RHA 10 ti and honestly like them. As my first over 100$ headphones i feel like they are pretty good as sound and build quality, but I have a problem . My phone Sony Xperia S cannot power them well. The sound is too weak for my taste. For example if i connect them to my laptop Fujistsu celsius 700 they really start to povide pleasant sound. I love to listen to my music loud Really loud and also i love strong an punchy basses. So can you please offer me a good DAP for RHA 10 ti in 100 to 300 $ range.

First of all, driving an IEM really loud will destroy your hearing, doubly so because the RHA T10 has SO MUCH BASS.
 
But if you insist, the FiiO E12 and variants of it are a perfect fit to be an amp for your phone.
 
On the other hand, if you want a dedicated DAP, you're looking at many options from Cowon and FiiO X series, as well as other more niche DAPs. Audiophile DAPs usually cost well above $300 unfortunately, so I won't mention those.

The FiiO X3 should do the job very well
