I'm buying an AKG K702 and I would like to buy a good headphone AMP and DAC in order to hear mainly classical music in high quality. 
I can go with an AMP integrated in a DAC (SImilar to EMU USB 0404) if it's high quality and makes sense within the 500$ to 800$.
Or, otherwise, a solution with two separate devices..
 
I've seen a thread on 200$ or 2000$ equipment and I'm looking for something mid-range so I can enjoy good music in high quality.
 
Could you recommend me some nice mid-range audiophile DAC/AMP equipment?
