Hi all,
As the title reads, hopefully -- I'm trying to find out where I can try before buy AKG K240 headphones.
I have an old set of K240M I bought new way back in 1980 something. But they are a bit knackered now and also won't work properly on portable stuff very well, --- 600ohms. I know the newer studios are only 55 ohm, so I'd like to test them out.
I can get them on Ebay, and on Amazon, but are there any UK shops who actually keep or can get them in the shop for testing out before purchase?
Also, the UK AKG website, doesn't list them, whereas akg.com does. Are they discontinued?
A bit confused, and hoping someone here can help me out
