Hi

I looking for a new headphones & hoping to choose among akg k550 / k240 / k701.
The reason for considering these is because all go for around sub £100 on eBay.
I currently own Grado Sr80, which I find lacking in sub bass unless modded,
ath m50 which are quite nice but find the sq missing good sub bass without any thump or reverb and lush mids.

I also have Akg 450 which are quite nice for their size.

What I am looking for its good sub bass without thump, lush mids, bit of sparkle at the high end, good soundstage, non fatiguing. I am not bothered about them being open.

Could you please advise, I was leaning towards k240 but k 550 also has nice reviews.

K701 too bright to me.
K550 never heard.
