Hi, I am looking for a pair of headphones with V-shaped signature (as opposed to flat neutral) as it will be used for casual listening. It will be plugged into my roland UA-22 which has an output of 47ohm.
 
I have read great reviews regarding the NAD HP50, mad dog, focal spirit pro/classic, but am I right to say that they are all warm and mostly neutral?
 
As my budget is around $400, I am looking for a tier up the ATH-m50x if possible.
 
Any recommendations?
