I've always used mechanical keyboards, most likely, the Topre Type Heaven - an amazing keyboard, but due to my three monitors cause wrist pain due to the fact that the keys are so close together. 
 
I've reached some mechanical keyboards that are split, but many cost $300+. I really, really, want the Matias Ergonomic Pro as it seems to be the best of both world. 
 
Looking for suggestions that would provide enough of a gap to work when your hands need a little more distance in between them. 
 
Additionally, any other suggestions would be much appreciated!
