There's an ad for NAD on p.55 of the 10/14 Sound and Vision magazine, and it shows a picture of an "HP30 On-Ear Headphone" along with their two other models. Looks like a shrunken HP50 with a slightly different attachment system for the white earpieces and what might be a more circular headband. I couldn't find anything else about this in Head-Fi or elsewhere on the web, including NAD's own website.
