Musician, need IEM for live monitoring (200 - 250$)

  Good isolation, yes but lacking too much in bass for what I need.

Etymotic don't lack bass, they're flat. That's what you need for monitoring.

True that in a studio scenario I might want them to be very flat.  But in a live scenario where I need the drums and myself to cut through the band wouldn't a "non-flat" frequency response be better?  Also, they would be used for casual listening as well and I'm not the biggest fan of flat IEMs.

Oops - sorry I haven't checked those videos lately, I forgot the exact content. I can say I love my AF160 for casual listening - the headphone equivalent of handmade Italian slippers.

It depends on the gig, if you have a monitors engineer that would be their job.
