One of the more under appreciated aspects of getting sucked into one's music.
 
The ability to 'forget' both the physical and mental vicissitudes of daily life.
At least for a while.

I heard the Alpha Primes for the first time and on a Liquid Gold :) :)
One of the best sounding headphones I've heard but way clunky :frowning2:

I fear for my desk's integrity when I buy the Yggy and stack it with the Rag...   that's 60lbs of kit!

Rag is 30, wee is 13 or 15, and my speakers are 40 for the pair. I'm already there my friend, so I'm shopping around for audio racks.

I admit the Alpha Prime's are not very portable or sexy looking like the HE-400i.

Reading everyone going orgasmic over the Ragnarok when mine is broken nonfunctional only three weeks old is starting to get kinda irritating. In fact it really sucks. Have not received a reply email stating that they received it.

it's frustrating... but you'll forget about it once you get the amp back.

Yes patience has never been one of my attributes unfortunately. Still listening on the Mjo but having been into the Ragnarok for a [short] time well ya know its kinda hard to not have it here to listen to.

at least you got the Mojo to listen too still, I was using a Fiio X5 for a few weeks while mine was in for repairs.

Weeks?!? Ouch not liking the sound of that... Was kinda hoping days but since I have no control over this might as well chill and wait patiently. Did they end up reimbursing for shipping to their shop?

No they didn't, and I think it was about 2-3 weeks for the repair.

Well OK looks like its gonna take a while especially going thru the holiday time so I guess I will just struggle by with my Mjolnir... On another note, is your LCD-3 the classic or the fazor? Thinking pretty serious about maybe picking up the 3f to use with the rok.
