I recently bought Soundmagic e10 after searching this forum and they also got awarded as best by WhatHiIFi under specific budget.
I ordered them from snapdeal.com from india and was very excited to try them , but i was utterly disappointed by the volume output and nothing special about the quality of sound. they are not that bad but as compared to my inears which came bundled with s4 mini and galaxy grand duos their volume output is low, bass is on par with them but volume out put is low and overall sound quality isn''t great. Are they supposed to sound that low and that quality and still considered as best in that category ? please help i need to get them replaced.

Have you experimented with trying the different tips? Getting a good fit and seal can make a good bit of difference in how IEMs perform.

Already tried that , they sound way lower than samsung stock , which is weird

Not necessarily weird. The Samsung earphones could be more sensitive. Learn about headphone sensitivity: http://www.theheadphonesguide.net/headphone-sensitivity/
