September 27 Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley mini-meet

Well, I finally made it official!  First post!
 
I hope this meet is still happening in September because I would really like to attend.
 
I'm actually working on a new headphone stand design and I would love to bring a couple of my prototypes with me and try them out with some the different headphones that will be there.
 
I'm still tweaking the design and would love to get some feedback from you guys.

Congrats on your first post! The plan is to happen in September but I have to wait to find out when I'll have a DAC ready to show.

I'm happy to announce that the date of the next meet will be Sept. 20 or 27, depending on the majority preference of people who've participated in this thread! Please weigh in on your opinion in the next few days. The time will be 10 AM and the location will be same as before,

There is plenty of street parking. We have room for maybe six desktop setups and several more people beyond that (and more portable setups). Free pizza and drinks will be provided courtesy of my company!

I missed the last meet, but as far as comparing the two September dates, the 27th works best for me.  But, if it's in the morning 10AM like last time, I'd actually be able to make it to either the 20th or 27th.

27th sounds good to me as well, I will be there. I will also bring my Shure SE846 with HL Silver Litz MMCX cable and filters (white, blue and black modded) if anyone wants to listen to it.

I have lcd 2 and hd 650. I was wondering if anyone has a mini Rsa/Alo balanced cable for those phones to pair with my Intruder Or any upgraded silver cable would be awesome to try.

I only have X5 and would like to try any other portable DAC.

I'm good for the 27th, and will bring a modded Shanling CD-T100 (tube based CD and headphone amp) and a Woo Audio WA-2 along with my Thunderpants TP-1s and Grado RS-2i's
