Hello all.  I'm new to the forums and am seeking advice.  Budget is kind of low (around $100)- but I've narrowed it down to these headphones.  The headphones will be used for PC gaming.  Money will be from a Best Buy return, so unfortunately I'm limited to their items.

o well. went for the Bose OE2. amazing sound. I do recommend for pc gaming :-D

As long as you are happy, but know there's potential for much better sound, the OE2 is pretty meh from what I have heard. But I bet it's very comfy

they are very comfortable for on-ear.  hopefully, the next pair i get will be over-ear as i prefer that.. but these were on sale for around $45 off so I thought I'd give them a try.  I dont have a whole lot to compare them to except for mostly gaming headsets (Logitech G35, Corsair 2100, and Sony Elite Pulse)... and they are definitely very impressive compared to them... very nice bass and a clean sound.  I finally got a clue and realized that gaming headsets are not the way to go- better to get real headphones and buy a mic. 

Used to own g35. Very dull and boring sound indeed. Not that durable either. Would recommend some open cans for your next purchase. And a sound card if you haven't already.
