Hi,
 
Im using Pioneer IS-21MD and Wharfedale Valdus 300 Speakers.
 
When there is no music playing or anything else I can hear silent noise coming from the speakers.
Is that cause of my cable? It's some cheap RCA to Jack cable.

With all the signal inputs to the Pioneer disconnected can you still hear this background noise?
Is it on all input selector positions?
Does it change with the volume control?
Can you hear it from your normal listening position?
