I'm still waiting for my temp DAP to arrive. I have a habit of pre-ordering new things.

I'm still rockin' my Fiio X3, now feeding my CanJam purchased ALO Rx (a real masterpiece from Ken). Ready for the Wave though!!!

The Rx is a very impressive unit. I'm currently penning my review for Headphone.Guru.

Sweet Brian! I'm on a slow burn for my review of the Rx. My K10 review took 2-3 months of listening and jotting down ideas and connecting the seemingly random points to something others might have a chance of understanding. Have found that the "organic build" approach works best for me. Very eager to see your review and see if our ears match as well as our personalities. Cheers my friend - Michael

Haven't heard the Rx, have used the original version of the ALO National (the baby/entry level version), find it to be a really sweet sounding portable amp (but, I hate those proprietary chargers, have lost my 2nd...)

Good news is that the Rx uses a standard micro USB charger!

Isn't there an upgraded USB cable included as a free bonus for early adopters? I have a review unit so I'm using a plain cable for charging.

Yep! It comes with an ALO green USB cable. Very nice one in fact!

Sounds good if you're buying now, I'm just going to find one of the old ones, replacing them is starting to add up (did house renovations, it's around someplace, hopefully turn up dinner or later...)
Does anyone happen to know if the Wave (any model) has 64 bit volume control like the GO and Pulse? And does the Wave offer the same digital filters as the Pulse?

All of the LH Labs DACs have the same volume control as they all use the digital volume control built into the ESS 9018 DAC chip.

Casey just posted this drawing on the LH site, and I'd like to know what the kool-aid drinkers have to say about this. 2 inches wide? I'm guessing it's going to be at least that thick.

No, I heard that it's going to be triangular shaped on the back, as that's never been done before and I think would be really cool. It's also going to be bright yellow and signed by famous artists.

For reference the iPhone 5s dimensions are:
Dimensions
123.8 mm (4.87 in) H; 58.6 mm (2.31 in) W; 7.6 mm (0.30 in) D
So the wave looks about the same width but a little taller.
