Gotta make me self some tea to chillax ......the anticipation of waiting the whole morning and lack of sleep last night thinking about Havi ....left me emotinally drained lilke the time in high school ..got called to see  please the headmistress for .....long story ...lol

So fixed that

Try to loan your X3 and pair it with the B3's, I find the two to be a great match.

Good to hear everyone is receiving their Havi's in safe
cool.gif

A Reminder:

1. Give the babies a good amount of burn-in (time span is given in the first page).

2. Try all your tips. B3 likes short bore depth, large bore opening tips. Most favorable eartip is reported to be senn double flanges. But YMMW so try all the tips.

3. Try the fitting strategy that eliminates loose fitting. If the eartip doesn't seal well, you'll be losing the bass first. Then all the spectrum will be affected.

4. Try using your best source. IMO Sansa players are not adequate. Amp'ing them will certainly brings-out good sound but I never liked the Sansa Fuze with these... YMMW.

(....@Wokei  I laughed in loud  and still smiling when I read your sentence about "...tit rolling..."
bigsmile_face.gif
, and the packaging color choice of LMUE for your Havi is very thoughtful

)

Dear @gyx11 your amp comparisons can be very helpful to someone. I am afraid it's going to get lost because of the recent posts. I want to add it's link and the previous comparisons you have written about the B3 on the first page. I'll PM you ;)

Good to hear everyone is receiving their Havi's in safe

1. Give the babies a good amount of burn-in (time span is given in the first page). I am more than pleased with the sound and it can only get better with more time

2. Try all your tips. B3 likes short bore depth, large bore opening tips. Most favorable eartip is reported to be senn double flanges. But YMMW so try all the tips. I am using the tip that were attached to the Havi ...so far so good ..not tried any tit rolling yet ...need I say more feckin awesome

3. Try the fitting strategy that eliminates loose fitting. If the eartip doesn't seal well, you'll be losing the bass first. Then all the spectrum will be affected...no problem here too

4. Try using your best source. IMO Sansa players are not adequate. Amp'ing them will certainly brings-out good sound but I never liked the Sansa Fuze with these... YMMW. I know right ....maybe the good folks can start a fund rolling for Wokei ..me dont ask much ..X1 will do ...lol

Did play with UE900 for an hour yesterday...So can't really comment but me find the high is too forward and peaky...but they are awesome too but now listening to Havi...me like Havi better...

Thanks thats exactly what u wanted to know...what a pitty i hate peaky highs and love my ue600 for its super smooth presentation so i thought i might have a similar sound. BtW i love the havis for their really great soundstage and almost flat signaturen!

The ue600 and B3 are similar in the way that they're both pretty balanced. The B3's are superior to the ue600's in every way though (and I really like the ue600's).

Initial impressions you hear two distinct drivers, there is certainly time coherence issue. Anyone notice it?

Nope. I suspect anyone hear such a thing, never heard of...
