Press and hold the >>| button.

Thanks - it seems a bit buggy to me at the moment though eg sometimes jumping to the next track or tracks before fast forwarding.

Sorry for the trouble, but can anyone tell me how to create playlists in rockbox? Thanks in advance!

It's fairly documented in every RB manual. It should work for DX50 as well.

Guys i wanna know what you think about the battery performance ??

i though it performs very well, because it remained in the 90s for a long time, but from 90s to 0 just in like 10 min ..

so i charged it again tried to monitor it through running time in the system options, but it discharged in about 3 hours 30 min playing flacs.

to be honest i never knew how much it lasted on stock firmware, thats why i ask because i might have a faulty battery, but if not faulty then i think it is rated to last much more than that ..

Hmm. Opposite from your experience here. On mine, the stock firmware drains my battery from fully charged in about 5+hrs while running mostly on WAV. On Rockbox it seems better. Probably slightly leaning towards 6+hrs to 7hrs. The stock battery is really lousy. Probably you may want to consider getting a S3 battery for replacement.

well i already got two anker batteries, i might start using one of them.

i had to ask because rockbox + clip+ had nice battery performance but rockbox + ipod classic was too bad battery wise, i mean my ipod it had a very nice battery, i could listen for a week on one charge, but with rockbox it lasted only 1 hour 30 min ..

Battery seems to be fine. Just got the latest update. Currently listening to it right now.
