Check the top right corner of your screen, it should be an eject logo. Click on that and select the SD/USB/device you want to eject. Upon ejecting it deletes all the hidden files.
Ok, I may have got the app to work. Strange how you have to find it.
Is anyone else getting a Hot Deals popping up on the side of the screen? It is messing up my computer. I may have gotten some malware but I have a Mac.
I had similar problems with my Cowon player on Mac. I have used this application to eject the mounted drives. Think it's free, but you have to create an account in anythingbutipod.com to download it.

Did the app have an installer? Always got to be careful to un-tick boxes for add-ons when installing anything, at least that's how it is on windows. Shouldn't be hard to un-install whatever it is if you are computer savvy, unless it really is a virus, which is unlikely.
It is not a virus, apple is very picky on what they let in on their app store. Head-fi has made some changes that seems to effect some members. I have adblock so all good.
I dont recommend product that I do not use myself personally. If you refer to update 1 of my lotoo thread it should make clear what this app does.
^ Oh I thought he meant hot deals were just popping up on his browser in general, if you just mean on HeadFi Jamato, I've also had those deals on the side of the page for a while now, they don't really bother me, occasionally they entertain me with women in skimpy clothes so I can't complain
Also its funny that after several firmware updates for QA360, the firmware flasher still says "Earse" instead of "Erase"
I also use Adblock on my LInux machine along with Disconnect. Both are, IMO, essential for both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Both are also free as they are add-on extensions.
Not to derail but I didn't get the pop up from the tag cleaner and the tag cleaner does work.
I picked it somewhere else but don't know where for sure. I tried Adblock and it has no affect. It isn't the ads beside the page but this is one that moves. If I click it off my page freezes. You can opt out, which I tried but it doesn't really work to opt out.
It is more like a malware on my Mac. EDIT: called apple and we did a screen share and it was a type of ad malware on my Mac. Got it and killed it. :^)

I left the 360 burning in all night and it seems I have more acoustical space now. I wanted it to open up as it seemed closed in.
I am not crazy about the UI, to say the least. I have as an example, Rock, and then a folder for the artist but if I have a few album I like to have the artist name folder and then the albums are in folders in there. For me it makes navigation very easy.
Even while writing this, the pop up is covering part of what I write and I can get rid of it. I have never had this before. It is very insidious.
My 360 seems brighter today and duller on other tracks and not as much fullness to the music and sometimes overly warm, quite a contrast in changes according to the music. Has anyone noticed the burn in period? 100 hours more? I think I read it gets 25 hours of on time at the factory?
Sound of the 360 is getting better now. More natural and nice detail. I am also getting used to the navigation and after cleaning the tags, things go much better.
I have the remote. I have no idea why I bought a remote for a portable and the remote is HUGE. It is ok though, more to tinker with. I do like how fast you can go from one album to another and from song to song in a snap.
I am curious how this will sound after some more time but promising so far.
