Well, both of those are really good.  I would recommend giving them both a try and see which you like better.  M80's frequency response favors guitars and vocals somewhat, so go with that one if cannot decide.  I would recommend a used Grado SR225i if you don't mind buying used or going with an open-back headphone.  If things don't work out for you with any of those, try HD380Pro (380, not 280).  If all of these end up being too bright and strong in the treble for you, then try the Creative Aurvana Live! 2.
