As the title states, has anyone had any success with using a balanced amp to drive their ER4's, and how much of an improvement has it made? I'm trying to see if the price to buy a portable balanced amp will bring justifiable improvements to SQ.  Thanks in advance to any replies.

Also, any experience with single-ended amps that work well with the ER4's would be helpful too.

You shouldn't bump your own thread that many times within one day,ever... And i'm fairly sure that if you search around a bit for balanced portable amps you'll find what you're looking for. Best of luck!
