I need a Dac instead of my integrated sound card which is quite poor (worse than my iPhone). I will use a Vsonic GR07 BE (or a DUNU DN-1000 later), no headphones.
I cant decide. Which would be the better choice for earphones only?

(or other suggestion around or less than 50 bucks)

Neither one will satisfy you if you are using high-quality IEMs. You're not going to be happy unless you obtain a full-fledged DAC with a completely isolated power supply. The typical USB power supply in a PC - or especially laptops - is enough to upset most IEMs, even with a very high-quality DAC, if it's USB buss-powered. JMHO
