Sennheiser MX985, Sony XBA-3, or Audio Technica ATH-CM70?

I've gone through a lot of reviews of the 3, here and elsewhere, but never tried them. So I need you guys' opinions.

Here's the story:

I use Nokia Lumia 920 and Microsoft Surface Pro 2. Normally I listen country and classic.

Sony XBA-3 is the only model has microphone, so here's the edge. Of course if the other 2 are better, I suppose it's not a problem to get Sony XBA-1 for phone use.

Well, that's about it. Budget no more than $200. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Your not really providing anything for us to go on. Your scope is like all over the place, whats the criteria in which you want recommendations on?

One minute your talking about what is the best, the next your talking about a microphone (which sometimes won't work on a phone, let alone a tablet/PC).

Also Recomendations isn't in this thread.
