Does Rolled Off basically mean cut back?

I seen the term rolled off a bit on here,basically means cut back right? If the bass was rolled off it's been reduced in a way?

Yes - typically, it means that as you go towards the end of the frequency spectrum (ie, lower for bass, higher for treble), the output gets lower.

Yeah.. rolled off bass is pretty obvious to imagine.. Rolled off treble mostly leads to a dark and not airy sound.
