Hello I am new to the forum and I am looking for an entry level CIEM. I have a pair of Shure e4c that I do enjoy when I have a good seal although I want more bass extension and presence if I understand those terms correctly. Mainly I am turning to CIEM to get the perfect fit/seal every time.
I read up on the JH5 Pro and JH10x3 but I am not sure if the tonal signature would be to my liking per some of the reviews I read. My taste for music is mainly rock and jazz and occasionally loud volumes. I only listen at work in few hour sessions in general. I would be using with an iphone 5 or out of a desktop DAC/AMP Practical Devices XM5 and my sources are either 320 mp3 (iphone) or lossless on the desktop. As for full size, I enjoy my Denon D-2000. For full size speakers I generally like smooth and laid back... I would like to keep under $800. I hope that is enough info to get some recommendations!
