Which would you choose from  ?
 
Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO, 32 ohms
 
Sennheiser momentum on ear

Which one would you choose if you had to buy one ?
 
For day to day listening from an ipod or cell phone.
 
Audio Quality being the only criteria.
 
For all genres: Rock, Pop, Trance, Electronic etc...

Get the Beyer DT 770 Pro 80, got a little more meat on it's bones than the Pro 32, and while it benifits from an amp it does not need an amp
 
How ever, you could also look into the UE 6000, for about $115 or so dollars I think it's really wonderful headphone! And it does not need an amp what so ever , I enjoyed the quality of the UE 6000, and while it needs AAA batteries, it has it's own on Board Amp. Thus the UE 6000 can switch between a more balanced sound or a fun sound with MORE bass. If this is your first pair of headphones, I think you would very much enjoy the UE 6000
 
How ever, if you can only get the three you listed, look into getting the 80 ohm DT 770. 

UE6000, or ES FC300.

well u know my Vote is for the UE 6000, but I've not heard the ES FC 300 so I can't really comment on how the two compare
