Completly new to the high end headphones , need help to find a good cost effective tube amp

I am purchasing the hd 800, s as soon as the funds are there but ive been looking and looking and there are so many different kinds of amps out there I dont know where to start. I know the hd 800 can be bright , so im thinking tube to soften that up but I dont want to spend thousands , maybe around 1500 tops . Some help from you guys would be nice . I listen to all kinds of music but I do enjoy rock and electronic the most.

hahah probably not what you want but you can get budget bravo tube amps for less than $100.
 
also, there are the garage1217 project ember tube amps for $300 if you are interested in tube rolling.

Well I havnt completely been sold on the hd800 s yet but ido love sound stage alot. Does anyone know of other headphones that are just as good and easier to make sound amazing . I really want a mind blowing combo of headphones and amp . Looking to spend around 3500 for the whole .

yeaaaaa... I don't think you're using cost effective the same way that normal people use that word.
 
what you are looking for is super high-end no concerns about the price lol.

Posting in the high end formula and just reading around will probably yield better results. In any case, some brands to start with are Woo Audio, Eddie Current, Donald North Audio, and Decware. I can't speak to any of it though... I just drool at the pictures sometimes
