I need behind the ear headphones with really good isolation that aren't IEMs or earbuds. Do they even exist?

First, hello everyone.

  1. Budget - Sub $100. I can be flexible on this.
  2. Used for - Smartphone/iPod
  3. Requirements for Isolation - These will be used at work so I need a lot of isolation both ways -- I don't want to hear what's going on around me and I don't want my coworkers to be distracted by what I am listening to.
  4. Preferred Type of Headphone - IEMs and earbuds hurt my ears. I need behind the ear or behind the neck. Not over the head.
  5. Preferred tonal balance - I listen to rock mainly so whichever ones work best for that.

Why behind the ear or neck? Because I don't want to mess up my hair. I used to have Sony MDR-V6 headpones and they did a number on my hair. I know it sounds stupid but these aren't for at home use.

I don't know of any headphones fulfilling those requirement. I know of some options that don't isolate, though.
