Looking for suggestions for an amp/dac

Hello, I recently joined and would like some suggestions on any cheap amps/dacs that go well with m50s and hd 558s. My budget is around 150 and would like suggestions. I will be using it with my laptop. Thanks in advance!

The E17 and E10 both use the same WM8740 DAC chip.
I would assume the E17's amplifier is a little more powerful then the E10's, but as both of your headphones are easy to drive, power is not an issue.
The E17 comes with S/PDIF (optical & coaxial) inputs, which allows you to still use a sound card features, USB bypasses the sound card.
The E17's headphone amplifier can be used with a mp3 or DAP, the E10 can only really be used with a computer (desktop or laptop).
 
Get the E17 and sell off the ATH-M50 and HD558s, use the cash to buy one really nice headphone.

Audio Technica ATH-AD900X open headphones
or ATH-A900X closed headphones.
 
For the A900X get the Hifiman Velour ear pads, $10+shipping.
