LOL that is lunacy. How can you sell a used item for listed retail price?? It'd be one thing if these things were rare but they just started manufacturing them! There will be PLENTY for anyone who wants one. Not sure what that seller is thinking.

It was sort of like this with the early DX50s because there was a long wait, but there are plenty of DX90s out there. 
 
Oh well, I suppose if it doesn't sell he will reduce the price.

I just took the cover off of the DX50 and it has been there for quite some time with the 4400uA battery . Nope, looks normal. Cool.

I've been using the Anker charger and pair of batteries as well with my DX50.  They've worked great.  Hoping that they work the same for the DX90.

That's where I bought my DX50 (and received a set of Brainwavz R3 IEMs as well).  They are good folks that I've dealt with several times (even when having to cancel a couple of orders).

I think he only spent a few hours and decided he does not like it compared to X5. It's going to be a hard sell at 419.

+1.  Has anyone talked to iBasso about selling a separate cover plate for the larger batteries?  The 4400mAh battery is still rocking my DX90 after more than 4-5 hours of playing with more than 50% still showing on the meter.  I really think 4400mAh is big enough to satisfy pretty much anybody.
IMHO, of course...

I did once but the cost to manufacture was felt to put them out of the range of what most people would pay. I would like one also. 
 
How much would anyone pay for the larger back?

I pre-ordered my X5 exactly one month ago (before the DX90 came out) on mp4nation. It's still out of stock there while I see the DX90 is in stock. I have been following both X5 and DX90 thread and with each new DX90 purchase and seeing how thrilled users are I feel like I have a chance to "redeem" myself with this great deal.
 
I'm on the fence I just need a little shove :p

Just be careful with mp4nation. I too had a x5 preorder for a month which was ordered in the first batch. They kept promising me dates and it never came. I finally canceled the order and got the dx90. They also took forever to refund my x5 preorder. Had to finally open a PayPal dispute. Also the dx90 is on Pre-Order and is not available now. Good deal, if you can wait a month
