Sub $100 Bluetooth headphones that control Windows Media Player fast-forward and rewind?

My current cheapo Bluetooth headphones have buttons that pause & play any video that I'm watching on my computer.  
Does anyone know of an over-the-ear Bluetooth headphone that also supports the fast-fowards and rewind functions (not next/previous)?
Preferably waaay under $100 and do well with bass for movies?

I got the Velodyne vFree headphones.  They do control fast-forward and rewind, but it's a bit clunky.  
The headphones themselves sound pretty nice, but the APT-X Windows driver seems to reduce gain a bit.  I had to use my Media Center software's built-in volume hack to increase gain.
 
$175 at Amazon but I got them on sale at Best Buy for $139.
