So I went to my local Bestbuy and bought the Siberia V2 Frost Blue edition yesterday to "rent" and try them out.  I am new to headphones and not sure what would be best for me.  I have looked over 10 hrs at forums and recommendations and so forth but I would like to make my own thread and see what you guys think is best.

So right now I am looking at returning these Siberias and exchange them fore ath-m50s.  But if there is something better around the $80-$125 price range I would like to know.

I will be using them for Dubstep/Electronica music 70% of the time and gaming 20% of the time and 10% of the time with movies.  I would like to have some good bass, but also able to produce decent 5.1-7.1 virtual sound for fps gaming ( Doesn't have to be fantastic).  I have a Snowball microphone so that's no problem.  I also may have a budget for an amp if it is needed.  My current sound card is my onboard Realtek ALC892.

So my total budget is around $150.  Please let me know what you guys think and thank you for your time and patience.

Look at the JVC HArx700. They used to be very popular here a few years ago, i still think they are great value headphones. Good bass, soundstage can be improved with mods and easy to drive.
