I want to try headphones before buying.  Recently I bought beyerdynamic dt 990 pro, was expecting them to be good open headphones with bass but they were totally not what I was expecting.
 
I know you can buy on Amazon, try, and return but I don't want to deal with that hassle.  Plus it charges a shipping when you ship them back.
 
Anywhere is there any place I can audition headphones in south eastern MI?  I'm willing to travel up to an hour even.  My local guitar center has nothing basically and they tell you that you can order them from their online store.  I checked all local malls, electronic stores, even did internet searches to try to find pro audio store...nothing!

Is there a Guitar Center near you? You could search the net for other ideas. Look for other musical instrument stores as well, such as Sam Ash.

There is a guitar center, but they don't have anything as I stated in my post.
