I've only left negative feedback once when I bought a phone that was falsely advertised and the buyer tried to not give me a refund and I had to go through ebay to get my money back. I probably would have left neutral unless the seller was rude about it which it seems to be the case here. Mistakes do happen but as long as it gets fixed in a respectful manner I'm good.
