As a former user, and fan, I have to say their inability to offer the language choices often requested by users is one of their problems. I had an account with France as the selected country, but would far prefer an interface in English or Portuguese. However, the language is always tied to the country on the account, which cannot be changed without canceling the account and starting a new one. Qobuz offers other languages, depending on geographic location, but it is impossible to change your language option to one that does not conform to the geographic region you originally selected. The seems silly to me, since obviously many services and all kinds of software allow this, and the infrastructure is already in place with Qobuz. I asked many times if I could have my interface changed to English and I was told "no because my country was France." There are many comments about this on the support forums.
I also had problems with streaming interruptions and buffering when using the service in Brazil, where I spend most of my time. I have two internet services there, one 60 megs and one 50 megs. No such problems with Tidal or Deezer because they obviously have a content distribution network with points of presence around the world. I may be wrong, but I believe Qobuz servers are only in France and that there is no sophisticated CDN. Tidal and Deezer both sell to Brazil and many other countries, so it makes sense that they must offer quicker streaming routes to those countries. On the other hand, i had no problems with Qobuz in Canada and many other countries.
