I'm looking for headphones around $200.

They have to be:
-Portable (used outside)
-Good with rock/metal/prog-rock/classical (I don't care for any genre that requires a lot of bass)
-Have little to no sound leakage.
-And obvious high quality sound overall.

I'm new to this forum, so forgive me for my ignorance on my illiteracy of the terms, knowledge, etc, that people use around here.

The two headphones I've found are the Ultrasone HFI-780's and Sennheiser Amperior's.

Which one of those should I pick? If neither, would you have any other recommendations that fits my needs?

The V-moda M-80 could be a good choice ( OR the V-80 which is the M-80 but true blood rebranding ) . I haven't heard the Ultrasone or the M-80 but I do have the M-100 which from multiple reviews are a bit more bassy then the M-80 and M-80 is more neutral ( still has a slight bass emphasis but not terrible)
